Work from home with H&R Telephones remote telephone access solutions

As the threat of the coronavirus COVID-19 grows, are you considering having some or all of your employees work from home? H&R Telephones can provide your small-to-midsized business with several different remote telephone options to seamlessly stay in touch with your customers and subcontractors for the duration.

H&R Telephone Cloud Customers
(voip.hrtelephones.com)

Smart Phones
Using the free mobile app “CoreNexa”, Cloud customers with smartphones that have a desk extension in the office can log in the “Corenexa” app, use your portal credentials to sign-in.

The app will mirror all the functions of your desk phone and when calling out from the app it will go out as your company phone number. Incoming calls will ring on your smartphone.

Simple Call forward to your cell phone or home phone
Or, you can call forward the main number and extensions up to five cell phones. This is easily done in the portal.

Desk Phones
Unplug your desk phone and take it home with you. At home plug it into your highspeed router and it will reach out and connect with your company sever.
Because you have removed the phone from its power source in the office, a separate power supply – a POE AC adapter with cord, priced in the mid-$30 range -will need to be purchased to power the phone. But once you’re plugged in, the phone operates just as it did in the office.

H&R Enterprise Customers

Both Enterprise customers with smartphones that have an extension in the office can use the app “NimbusPhone”. Use your portal credentials to sign-in. The Nimbus app counts as another extension and will be billable per extension. Please Contact H&R Telephones support for assistance in setting up the app.
After signing in through the enterprise portal, the Nimbus app will mirror all the functions of your desk phones. Outgoing calls will go out as your company phone number and incoming calls will ring the app on your smartphone.
